Return & Refund Policy

30-day returns You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return — that's double the legal minimum. Items must be in their original condition — trying on at home is fine, but items must not have been worn outside, washed, or damaged.

How to return: Email us at info@zulvorashop.com with your order number to start your return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and next steps. Please contact us first — we'll provide you with the return address once your return is approved.

Return shipping costs: Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.

Damaged or wrong item: Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@zulvorashop.com and we'll make it right.

Exchanges: We don't process direct exchanges. The quickest way to get a different size or style is to return your original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds: Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll email you to confirm whether it's been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, please contact us.

Non-returnable items: Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
